Terms & conditions –
The above quotation does not guarantee room reservations or any other services until we receive written confirmation along with an advance payment. All rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking.

Payment policy –·      
50% of the total tour cost must be paid in advance to confirm the package.·      
50% of the total tour cost is due 15 days prior to the date of arrival.·      

Cancellation & Amendment Policy –·      
All cancellation or amendment requests must be submitted in writing.·      
Any amendment made after the booking confirmation will be treated as a cancellation, and applicable charges will apply.

Cancellation Charges:·      
Non-refundable booking deposit: Rs. 2,000 per person·      
Up to 30 days prior to departure: 10% of tour cost or the booking deposit (whichever is higher)·      
15 to 29 days prior to departure: 25% of the tour cost or booking deposit (whichever is higher)·      
8 to 14 days prior to departure: 50% of the tour cost or booking deposit (whichever is higher)·      
7 days or less prior to departure: 100% of the tour cost

Note: While the above cancellation policy applies, we will make every reasonable effort to reduce or minimize any applicable cancellation charges.

Important: Airfare is non-refundable and subject to the respective airline's policies. Any increase in airfare at the time of booking may affect the overall package cost. All flight tickets are subject to availability.

Documents Required for Trip –
For Domestic Trips: Each passenger must carry one original government-issued ID — Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, or Driving License.
For International Trips:Original passport with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of arrival and adequate blank pages for visa stamps.

Valid tourist visa covering the full duration of the trip.
Note: Handwritten passports are not accepted.
